Makeup Artistry

Program Information:
300 Hour Program, 19 weeks

Students will have training in: The Structure, Function and Anatomy of the Skin, Bacteriology and Sanitation, Male Makeup, Cosmetic Chemistry, The Color Wheel, Lighting and much more!

You will focus on various makeup applications, such as:

  • Beauty + Bridal
  • Period (30′s 40′s 50′s 60′s etc)
  • Fashion
  • Black and White Makeup
  • Evening/ Daytime to Evening
  • Male Makeup

…….and other fun and exciting looks as the weeks go on!!

Students will be in a classroom setting with mirror’s on each wall. Each day will consist of half theory and half practical. The duration of the course is 300 hours,19 weeks, at part time hours, to make it convenient to earn your Makeup Artistry License while working.

You do NOT have to be a Hairstylist or an Esthetican to take this course :)

Tuition:
Registration Fee $100  + $400 Supplies (applied toward tuition, and to hold seat)
$4000 Total (10% discount for Concepts Grads!)

$875/month Payment Plan (December- March)

Students will train with various types and brands of Professional Makeup throughout the duration of their course at Concepts, with more of an emphasis on MAC cosmetics.

Students will be given a complete makeup kit to train with.  Their kit will mostly consist of MAC Cosmetics, as well as other fun professional brands of Makeup. Students will be given this kit in the middle of their course. Their kit will consist of various shades and colors of lipstick, eyeshadow, foundation, blush, eyeliner, lip liner and a full  brush set.

Once registered for the Concepts Makeup Program, you can apply for the MAC Pro Discount card at any MAC store location or online. This card will give you 20% off at MAC while you are a student. After you graduate you will receive 40% off!!!
